Once we both came home, Sanchez realized that we had to drink the laxative tea, so we couldn't really start our diet on Saturday, so we ended up going to Shokudo for dinner, one more official good byes to fine food...At that point, I was so full that I was actually looking forward to not eating at all and empty my stomach.
After dinner, we came home and started preparing for our lemonade diet. I am thankful for Sanchez because he is so good with numbers that he figured out how much stuff we need to put to mix our lemonade. He started putting the cayenne pepper into the little capsule, so all we do is just break that capsule into the drink. (See he is sooo smart and I love that about him) Now we used the juicer to squeeze out the lemon juice. One lemon and 2 ounce? .... I went up to Sanchez and asked him.."How much lemon juice do we need?" because after I was done with maybe 4 of them, there wasn't much at all... hehe..so we took turns. Sanchez pushed it hard to the juicer so it seemed like he was able to squeeze out a lot more than I was. Inside of the lemon looked so perfect after he was done with it..:)
We did like 3 bags worth of lemon and stored into the container. Meanwhile I made the herbal laxative tea. While we were making the lemon juice, we got so thirsty and we drank pepsi. Awww it tasted soooo good.... but don't get to taste this for a while... it's okay though... so we both drank the tea at bedtime. It actually doesn't taste so terrible.. Sanchez seemed to not enjoy it so much but I was okay with it and we went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling a little abdominal pain, it was probably because of the tea. ..
I woke up having to go at like 8:30am. So wow, it really works. A lot of medicines tend to not work so well for me, but this tea does apparently. My lower abdominal pain continued pretty much throughout all morning. So I stayed in bed. We woke up around noon and Sanchez is drinking is already doing his salt water flush. 2 cups worth of plain pure water and salt. He compared that to a really shitty tasty saimin, I felt like accidentally swallowing so much sea salt water when I went surf lesson, either way, this is the WORST part of lemonade diet for me. Sanchez was saying he hates food so he doesn't have to do this ever again. Geez I feel the same..
After a while, I get my first urge for cleansing. NICE. I feel much lighter already. After the first time, it was really salt water coming out. So it really was going straight into the system... wow...the good thing was (the only good thing) that it made my stomach full. For whatever reason...
We finally tried our first lemonade that we worked so hard for. hmm it's actually not so bad. It's just like lemonade with... pepper. The taste of maple syrup really helps a lot.. so far we are okay. I worked today too and it never really interfered with my work either, so it's a good start. I texted Sanchez if he needs anything so I can bring home. he goes "blimpie" hehe....so evil. I just thought of the sandwich. But to my surprise, I am not all that hungry or craving for food just yet. I don't know why. I feel like that salt water really made me lose appetite. So much as I hate that salt water cleanse, it might be the highlight of this whole diet who knows.. I can't wait to feel better, look better, have more energy, and just kickstart the healthier us.
